Giants Team Report (Yahoo! Sports) Buster Posey's hitting streak ended, but he certainly was not the only guy in the Giants' lineup who went oh-fer on Thursday. One day after the Giants collected 17 hits, they managed just one—Pablo Sandoval's bloop single in the fifth inning. That's because Anibal Sanchez was on hisgame, doing his best work since he no-hit the Diamondbacks in 2006. The Marlins beat the Giants 5-0, and the teams ended the series with two wins apiece. Sanchez faced two batters over the minimum, so Posey—the cleanup hitter—had just three at-bats. He struck out twice and grounded into a double play. The Giants went 16-5 in Posey's 21-game streak, during which he hit .440.
